Breathe.

It’s amazing how often I find myself holding my breath. I will be going through my day and sometimes stop and notice I’ve completely lost my breath. When this happens, I take a few breaths in through the nose and exhale completely out an open mouth. Then I begin to inhale into the nose and out the nose, and soon feel my nervous system calming and experience a beautiful shift. I take comfort in the fact that this feeling is available to me anytime I need it. I simply have to tap into my breath.
